For
holes on the side of the strut, you can cut a larger than life hole (easy for installer), or cut one with the exact shape
(allow 3mm clearance when should the strut flex during hard cornering). Patience required for the latter; especially when
your eyes have to be laser accurate before using the knife.

The
rectangular hole for the horizontal tray is actually optional. Installation can be done without cutting this hole, but it
will be extremely difficult and you have to talk the installer into doing it. I avoided this because of other constrains I
have with my trunk carpentry. In any case, my horizontal tray will eventually be concealed. TRD actually provided a decal
to cover this rectangular hole.

Do not under estimate the installation effort
for this strut. The bottom screws are required to be secured inside the body frame where there is hardly any access. Provision
has been made by TRD to make this installation possible, refer to installation instructions for more details.
